- For the best shopping experience and accurate pricing, the sizes displayed on our product page are primarily for reference. Our advanced auto-gang builder technology takes control, arranging your images optimally on a sheet and automatically preparing gang sheets with precise sizing.
- To start, simply click the 'Create Design' button to access our sophisticated Gang Builder. If you're new to our builder, we've prepared a detailed tutorial video to guide you. You can watch it at your convenience by clicking this link: Tutorial Video.
- Once inside the Gang Builder, kick off the process by selecting 'Upload' to add your images. You can resize your images to your preferred dimensions directly within the platform.
- For additional customization, utilize the 'Edit Design' feature to make extensive modifications to your images, including background removal and color adjustments.
- To specify the quantity of each image on the gang sheet, adjust the 'pcs.' quantity accordingly. This ensures an accurate count of each selected image in your desired size on the gang sheet.
- After completing your uploads and adjustments, click on 'Generate DTF Sheets' to prompt our Auto-Builder to efficiently compile your images into ready-to-print Gang Sheets.
- Once your sheets are ready, proceed by selecting 'Confirm My Designs'. This will take you to the payment page, where the total size of your project is automatically added to your cart for a seamless checkout process.
- Place your order with confidence, expecting transfers with unparalleled vividness and vibrancy. Remember, the quality of the transfer depends on the images uploaded. We pride ourselves on producing high-resolution, vivid, and vibrant projects for our customers.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Following our rules and policies, we cannot print trademarked, copyrighted, or watermarked images without explicit written permission from the copyright or trademark owner. If any such images are found in your order, they will be removed and not printed. Orders composed entirely of such images will be canceled, and a refund issued. If you have questions or concerns, or if you have the necessary permissions, please email the written proof to support@dtfil.com.
File Format- The uploaded file format must be PNG, with a canvas width of 22 inches.
- It's essential to have a transparent background, and the resolution should be 300 DPI.
- Our printers are engineered to print with ultimate precision and jaw-dropping quality.
- We will print exactly what you upload, so ensure your artwork is of high quality and resolution.
Heat Press Settings1st Press
Apply firm pressure at 300-315 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-13 seconds with the image properly positioned.
Experiment with your heat press for optimal results.
Our films offer Hybrid Peel options:
- Cold Peel: Allow the transfer to cool completely before removing the film. This is our preferred peel method.
- Hot Peel: Immediately peel off the film with one swift motion. Be cautious until you fully master this method.
- Warm Peel: Gently peel off when warm.
2nd Press
Apply firm pressure for 3-5 seconds with the heat press. Heat settings may vary depending on the material of the apparel/item.
Maintain firm and even pressure for good adhesion. Avoid any pockets, seams, buttons, zippers, etc., within the press area.
The above instructions are suitable for Cotton and Cotton/Polyester blends.
For 100% Polyester, it's recommended to lower the temperature to 250-275 degrees Fahrenheit and reduce the press time to 7-8 seconds.
Practice to determine the best time, temperature, and pressure.
Since DTF can be applied to many surfaces, each surface may require different heat and time under pressure settings. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Orders totaling $100 or more qualify for free First Class Mail Shipping.
