Heat Press Instruction

Here's a concise summary of the heat transfer instructions:

	Do not press the color ribbon. Cut it off before you press anything.		First press: 300-315°F, firm pressure, 10-13 seconds.
	Peel options: Cold (preferred), Hot, or Warm.		Second press: 300-315°F, firm pressure, 3-5 seconds.
	Ensure even pressure; avoid seams, buttons, etc.		For polyester/blends: 300°F, 10-12 seconds.
	For 100% polyester: 250-285°F, 3-8 seconds.		Adjust settings as needed for optimal results.
