I procrastinate ordering and did only 4 days before my trip to Disney , on top of that I placed my order and missed some stuff so had to place a second order. And making matters even worst I forgot to add fast shipping to my second order. I contacted them and they not only refunded me for the shipping of the second order but sent everything together on the following day.! The quality is amazing and like I said customer service is the best !
I wanted to update my original review because the vendor made sure my concern was addressed.
One of my designs did not print correctly, and I was especially concerned because I had customer orders due that weekend. I reached out to the vendor, and they responded by redoing the order and shipping the replacement to me at no additional cost.
I truly appreciate how they handled the situation and worked with me to resolve my concern. I’m very pleased with the resolution and thankful that they took the necessary steps to provide a replacement.

Just checked my order. One of my designs did not print correctly. The reunion design. I’ve had this same design printed before and it was fine. I need to have this redone immediately for orders due on this Saturday. Please advise.
